Seasoned, dogsavvy, major dogloving dogrescuer ( previously The Dog Shack 2005-2015 and featured in Marin Magazine) with tons of experience offering dogboarding at our rural acreage/ farmhouse in san geronimo valley, a bit west of Fairfax, rural west marin county.

Any dog ( even your really weird one:)...we' ve seen it all and can handle all safely and lovingly...

$80/night covers 24 hours.

Weekly / monthly deals, bonded pair deals.

Please provide your dog's food, whatever chewies, favorite enrichment/treats/toys, and describe anything I should know to get them the safe and fun 'dogscout camp' experience they deserve while you're out getting your welldeserved break

Devoted to staying home at the farm and giving dogs fulltime individualized attention : long- leashed on our private forest trail with creek, cozy on couch or long, on leash hikes on the many sgvalley trails or on our supermellow country road ( solo or in small compatible packs of 3 max).

The farmhouse has multiple rooms and we err on the side of caution when mixing dogs ( decades of experience...) .

We usually have only 1, and rarely board more than 3 dogs at a time, but we are equipped to give multiple dogs a great experience, as we have responsible, dogloving friends around this land.

We will, of course, follow your instructions to give your dog the best dog-scout camp experience when they must be separated from you. All my boarders seem to get in their routines here easily and it doesn't look like they do 'missing'. Repeat customers jump right in my car and on their couch here as if i am their 'country auntie'

They'll have stories to tell you!

We can p.u. ( for a week + stays), or you can come see us ahead, or bring your dogperson to us impromptu. I am also happy to come meet with you first in central marin.

FYI, your payment for these services supports us/our land in the rescue help we still provide to our dogrescue community connections, such as emergency foster, using 'pull rights' to save a dog's life from the animal control system, network, and advocacy for the real solution as advocated by my friends at 600milliondogs.org 501c3 in FL).
